Patterson Cheney Toyota may increase or decrease Fees to clients and publish to clients increased or decreased rates.
Services will be transacted by way of Declaration of Patterson Cheney Toyota eligible Customers to 365 Assistance in daily updated data files and directly through 365 Assistance and/or Patterson Cheney’s nominated website. This will be completed by direct API to API data uploads or CSV files depending on the requirements of Patterson Cheney Toyota. Member benefits, terms and conditions are based on the offer directly published by the 365 Assistance website (www.365roadsideassistance.com) and nominated Patterson Cheney website(s), as specified within this Agreement.
Vehicles for the purposes of this Agreement are able to have Roadside Assistance up to the age of 15 years old and can be for general personal or commercial use (with the exception of taxis, Uber & hire vehicles, but only for Vehicles under 4 tones). Vehicles that have been with Patterson Cheney Toyota and 365 Assistance for 3 years or more up to the Vehicle being 15 years old will be able to renew up to the Vehicle being 20 years old.
Customers can call 1300 302 500, 24 hours, 365 days per year to obtain various Services supplied by 365 Assistance or access services supplied via the IOS and Android branded 365 Roadside Assistance Mobile APP.
The benefits in this offer include free assistance with:
- Tire change;
- Jumpstarting vehicle
- Running out of petrol
- Vehicle fault
The benefits in this offer do not apply in the following circumstances:
- your Vehicle is left unattended;
- your Vehicle is located in a remote location (remote location deemed as being a location not trafficable by a two-wheel drive recovery vehicle);
- your Vehicle is over 4 tones GVM;
- your Vehicle is unregistered;
- where your Vehicle is immobilized due to inappropriate maintenance, repair or use by any party, whether intentional or negligent;
- your Vehicle is being operated as a taxi, limousine, rental, ride share or hire vehicle;
- your Vehicle is involved in any form of motor sports;
- accident damage classified as impact or collision damages of any nature;
- attempted or successful theft or break-in of your Vehicle;
- breakdown caused by fitting of non-genuine manufacturer’s parts or accessories; and/or
- excessive use due to lack of regular...
